右室流出道间隔部起搏的安全性评价 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨右室流出道间隔部(RVOTS)起搏的安全性和可行性,寻找比右室心尖部(RVA)起搏更符合生理状态的起搏部位。方法将60例有安装起搏器适应证患者随机分为两组各30例,观察组用主动固定电极行RVOTS起搏,对照组用被动电极行RVA起搏;比较两组起搏后即刻及1、3、6个月的起搏参数变化,起搏前后心电图Ⅱ导联QRS波时限变化,以及并发症发生情况。结果两组起搏后不同时间的起搏阈值、电极阻抗、R波幅度均无统计学差异(P均>0.05);观察组心电图Ⅱ导联QRS时限明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均无起搏、感知异常,无电极脱位、心肌穿孔等并发症发生。结论RVOTS起搏安全可行,与RVA起搏比较更符合生理状态。
