摘要 基因治疗应用于牙周组织缺损修复为牙周病的治疗开辟了一条新和途径,已经有了不少的应用研究,与传统的牙周治疗相比,它更有利于牙周组织的修复。该文就基因治疗在牙周组织再生领域方面的应用作一综述。 New advancements in gene therapy continue to have significant impact on the management of periodontitis.Gene therapy builds a more favorable situation for periodontal regeneration in comparison with the traditional treatment.This review provides a brief insight into the ever-expanding field of gene therapy and its possible future implication in the field of periodontics.Most of the modalities described in this article are more theoretical and still in infancy stage used for periodontal regenerative purposes.
