Financial risk management is a vital task of corporation to manage cash flow.It varies a lot during different corporate development stage while facing various situations.However clear objective and integrate consideration is necessary from beginning to end.Each member in the organization has responsibility related to risk management,while CFO and financial team should undertake much more responsibility when considering financial risk management.It means that they should make suitable risk management strategy and try to promote it into practice;they also need to coordinate the relationship between the corporation and the bank etc.
