北魏中后期(文成帝即位起)的后妃与宗室诸王多与佛教有着紧密的联系,他们积极参与佛事活动,促进了佛教在北魏的兴盛。本文分析了皇室阶层的崇佛活动、崇佛动机以及信仰的程度问题,以有助于加深了解佛教在北魏皇室阶层的发展盛况。

The Consorts and princes in the late Bei Wei Dynasty were closely linked with Buddhism. They participated in Buddhist activities, and contributed to the rise of Buddhism. This paper analyzes the worshiping Buddha activities and motivation of the royal class, in order to gain a better understanding of Buddhism＇s development in the Bei Wei imperial grand class.
