摘要
本文研究了超细氧化铜在还原染料合成过程中的应用,对普通氧化铜和超细氧化铜作为催化剂对产品合成终点到达时间、最佳催化剂用量、产品的转化率的影响进行了研究。实验结果显示:当使用超细CuO作催化剂时,反应速度加快、转化率提高、产品质量更好,而催化剂用量减少。
The application of uhrafine CuO powder used as catalyst in synthesis of vat dyes was studied. The effects of ordinary and ultrafine CuO as catalyst on the reaction time, the optimum amount of catalyst and the product yield were studied. The experiment results showed that the reaction rate was faster, the reaction conversion was higher, the product quality was better and the amount of catalyst was less while using ultrafine CuO as a catalyst.
