摘要
试验采用1%NaOH溶液提取白棉棉籽壳色素,并进行纯化,效果较好。测定了白棉棉籽壳色素在190~800nm波长范围内的吸收峰,确定210nm处为强吸收、276nm处为中等吸收。讨论了pH值、温度、光照、硬水离子等因素对色素的影响。白棉棉籽壳色素直接染料染色工艺结果显示,由于水溶性良好,色素上染率较低,染色性能较差。
The aqueous solution of 1% NaOH was treated as reagent for pigment extraction from the cottonseed coat in this experiment and purification was carried out with a good effect. The absorption peaks of pigment were detected within the wavelength from 190 nm to 800nm, and the maximum absorption peak at 210 nm, middle absorption peak at 276 nm were confirmed. The effects of factors such as pH, temperature, light, ions in hard water on the pigment were also discussed. Results of the pigment dyeing in direct dyestuff process suggested that the pigment has low rate of dye-uptake and weak dyeability to the cotton fabric because of its good water-solubility.
