摘要
还原剂M属于亚硫酸盐衍生物,用于还原染料的还原印染过程。研究了其在轧染工艺中的影响因素,得到了最佳使用工艺。例如适用还原黄G和还原蓝RSN的工艺为:还原剂M用量30g/L,碱量30g/L,汽蒸温度160℃;适用还原橄榄T的工艺为:还原剂M用量40g/L,碱量40g/L,汽蒸温度180℃。在最佳工艺下,所得织物的染色效果与以保险粉为还原剂的对比实验的染色效果相当,即织物颜色鲜艳,干摩擦牢度和湿摩擦牢度为4~5级,水洗牢度为4~5级。
Reductant M was a derivative of sulfite salt which was used in vat dyeing process. The effect factors of it in pad dyeing were studied and the optimum condition was obtained. For example, the conditions of Vat Yellow G and Vat Blue RSN were reductant 30 g/ L, alkali 30 g/L and steaming temperature 160℃ ; the conditions of Vat Olive T, were reductant 40 g/L, alkali 40 g/L and steaming temperature 180~C. The dyeing effect under the optimal working conditions was similar with the effect using sodium dithionite as reductant. That were the colour of fabric was bright, dry and wet rubbing fastness was 4 - 5 grade and washing fastness was 4 - 5 grade.
