摘要
将泥炭、珍珠岩、蛭石、稻壳、阔叶树木片按不同体积比混合制成14种基质配方,以园土为对照,研究各基质对舟山新木姜子1年生实生苗生长及生理特性的影响,从而筛选出最佳基质配方。结果表明,以泥炭∶蛭石∶阔叶树木片=5∶3∶2为配方基质培育的舟山新木姜子幼苗,其株高、地径、地上部干质量和鲜质量、根部干质量和鲜质量以及根系活力、叶片的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白等生理特性均优于对照,同时该基质还具有较好的持水性和保水性,持水量达608.64 g/L,可将其作为舟山新木姜子容器育苗的基质用于推广。
The fourteen kinds of substrates being prepared by peat, perlite, vermiculite, rice husk and scraps of broadleaved wood with different volume ratio, the effects of these substrates on the growth indexes and physiological characteristics of one-year old seedlings of Neolitsea sericea ( Bi. ) Koidz were investigated using the garden soil as a control, and the optimal substrate was chosen. The results showed that the height,ground diameter,fresh and dry weights of aboveground part,fresh and dry weights of root, root vigour and contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein in leaf of Neolitsea sericea ( Bi. ) Koidz seedlings cultivated in the substrate with peat-vermiculite-scraps of broadleaved wood (volume ratio 5:3:2 ) were obviously higher than those in other controls. The water holding capacity and the water-retaining property of this substrate were better with the water holding capacity of 608. 64 g/L. Therefore,this substrate can be popularized and applied as an optimal one for container nursery of Neolitsea Sericea ( Bi. ) Koidz.
