浅谈园林绿地管护成本的构成及控制

Cost control of the conservation and management for urban green spaces

对邯郸市2001～2006年园林绿地养护费用进行了认真分析，指出绿地养护管理的费用主要由人工费、水费、燃料费、车辆费、电费、农药费及其他费用构成，提出通过政府加大对园林绿地养护管理资金的投入、降低自来水用量、放开养护管理作业市场、充分发挥绿地自我调节功能以及抓好园林绿地养护质量标准和经费定额的落实等，便可极大地做好绿地养护管理的成本控制。

Garden and park maintenance costs in Handan city during 2001 -2006 had been carefully analyzed. The results indicated that the cost mainly included the charges of labor, water, fuel, vehicle expenses, electricity, pesticides and so on. We suggested that increasing the investment of government on green space conservation and management,reducing water consumption, opening up the market of conservation and management operations, enhancing its self-regulatory function, quality standards and quotas of funding implementation do a good job to cost control of green space conservation and management.
