一种线接触式直齿圆锥齿轮定位体的设计

摘要 阐述了线接触式直齿圆锥齿轮夹具的设计原理、计算方法,完整推导了这种夹具设计两个关键角度—齿模夹角、齿模倾角的计算;基于此,研究了这种夹具的CAD建模方法,提出了一种用于模拟产品与夹具接触痕迹的CAE方法,并简要叙述了加工这种夹具的CAM编程要点。 The design principle and computing method of straight bevel gear' s chuck with linear contact shape were discussed. Formulas of two key angles for the chuck design, which were called as tangential angle of chuck and inclination angle of chuck in this paper, were illustrated. Based on the above, modeling method of the chuck with 3D CAD system was researched, CAE method for simulating the contact shape between gears and chucks was also described. Finally, the key points of CAM programming process were briefly mentioned.
