摘要 旋转钻机的螺旋钻杆是实现快速优质钻进的重要部件。为了提高钻进效率,选择螺旋钻杆的输煤能力为优化设计的目标建立数学模型.以螺旋钻杆结构参数(螺距、钻杆轴径)及螺旋转速为变量,并利用MATLAB优化工具箱进行计算获得螺旋钻杆结构参数的最优值。提高了螺旋钻杆的输送能力。优化结果对螺旋钻杆的设计、对钻机的改进具有重要的指导作用和工程应用价值。 Spiral drill pipe of rotary drill is an important component for quick and high-quality drilling process. In order to improve drilling efficiency, it's necessary to establish mathematical models by choosing the coal transportation capacity of spiral drill pipe on the purpose of optimum design. Using the structural parameters of spiral pipe (pitch, shaft diameter pipe) and screw speed as variables, the optimal value of the structural parameters of spiral pipe was calculated by the optimization toolbox of MATLAB, and the transportation capacity of spiral drill pipe was improved. The optimized result takes important guiding role and engineering value for the design of spiral drill pipe and the improvement of the rotary drill.
