摘要
如何保证曲面加工精度,特别是高度方向残留材料的去除,成为众多企业关注的重点。球头刀是曲面加工的主要工具,研究了球头刀在加工曲面过程中的正确转速计算以及高度方向残留材料的去除,进行了详细的分析并推导出相应的理论计算公式,能够较好的解决曲面加工过程中残留沟纹高度的精度问题。
Many enterprises pay attention to how to ensure the accuracy of the surface machining, especially the removal of the residual material in the height. For ball-end mill is the key tool in surface machining, this paper analyzes the correct calculation of speed of the ball-end mill in surface machining and the removal of the residual material in the height. And then, the theoretical formula has been deduced. The precision problem of the height of the residual grooves in machining can be solved.
