摘要 三坐标测量是现代制造业中不可缺少的测量手段,其中单臂式三坐标测量仪使用广泛。由于其结构特殊,有必要了解影响测量精度的因素。单臂式三坐标仪器测量精度与自身的制造精度有关,还与测量环境、坐标系建立、以及被测工件的摆放和定位等因素有关。 CMM is an indispensable modem manufacturing measurement instruments, including single-type three-coordinate measuring instrument is widely used. Due to the specificity of its structure, the factors that affect the measurement accuracy should be found. The accuracy of single-type three-coordinate measuring machines is related to the accuracy of its own, and also the measurement environment, the establishment of coordinate system, the place that the workpiee be measured and so on.
