摘要
Halliburton噪声仪与KSKS05测井系统在配接过程中存在诸如噪声信号进入KSKS05系统通道、噪声仪刻度方法、噪声仪与防硫电缆配接信号太小等主要技术问题,为此需要对噪声板等进行技术改造。文章提出了对仪器供电、手动刻度、在不影响信号失真的情况下放大信号等解决方法。经过实验井和四川地区重点井的应用证明效果良好,实现了KSKS05系统独立完成测噪声工作,达到了提高时效的效果。
In the process of matching Halliburton BATS tool with KSKS05 logging system, some technical problems arise such as the noise signal entering into the system KSKS05 channel, BATS calibration methods, the signal of BATS matching anti-sulfur cable being too small. So technical transformation needs to be carried out to BATS board. Meanwhile this article proposes some solution such as an external power supply to equipment, manual calibration, signal amplification when signal is not distorted. The experimental wells and the key wells in Sichuan prove it to be effective. And so KSKS05 is able to measure noise independently with lower costs.
