这里阐述了智能电网的智能控制中心(SCC,Smart Control Centre)的概念、系统架构和信息分层与协调,以及智能控制中心的信息技术基础。
The basic conception and system architecture of intelligent power system SCC （Smart Control Center） are formulated here. Their coordination between system levels and the foundation of SCC information technique are described as well.
