车钩三态作用仿真及防跳性分析

摘要 由于车钩运行中会产生磨损以及零件间存在的配合间隙,导致车钩三态作用以及防跳功能失效.通过对17型车钩的三态作用分析,从设计原理出发研究防跳机理,分析了防跳失效的原因.在Pro/Engi-neer环境下提出了基于碰撞的运动仿真方法,并结合结构分析和虚拟装配,实现了车钩三态作用的仿真以及防跳性分析.通过控制零件间的合理间隙量保证车钩性能及防跳可靠性,从而切实保障重载货车安全运行. Through discussion of three postural operations of No. 17 couplers to study anti-creep mechanism based on design theory, the failure causes of their anti-creep performance are analyzed. Considering such irregularly mechanism, a method is proposed based on collision kinematics simulation combined with structural analysis as well as virtual assembly. Three postural operations of kinematic simulation are implemented as well as the reliability check for the anti-creep. Due to clearance produced in coupler running, and the assort gap in the middle of parts brings failure of anti-creep operation. By analyzing the gap and finding the cause that affects failure of anti-creep, the reliability of coupler anti-creep is assured by controlling the volume of gap, so that it can guarantee safe operation of heavy haul freight cars.
