摘要
提出了一种考虑弹性构件动力学性能对高速凸轮机构运动规律影响的分析方法.基于ADAMS软件建立了凸轮机构弹性动力学模型,分析机构的运动规律;应用ADAMS/F lex模块,结合I-DEAS软件,采用修正的Craig-Bampton方法,生成推杆的模态中性文件,建立了凸轮机构刚柔耦合模型;应用上述模型,完成了推杆刚度取不同值时,高速凸轮机构的动力学特性分析及比较,得出相应的从动件运动规律曲线.为弹性凸轮机构的设计提供了依据.
A analysis method is proposed considering the dynamic effect of elastic component for high speed cam mechanism. An elastodynamics model is constructed using ADAMS, and the motion law is analyzed. The rigid-flexible coupling model of the cam mechanism is built using ADAMS/Flex based on corrected Craig-Bampton method and I-DEAS generating Modal Neutral File (MNF). By comparing the cam mechanism dynamics characteristics with different stiffness of the cam carrier, the corresponding curve of the follower is obtained, which provides a design basis for the elastic cam mechanism.
