Effect of Ethephon Stimulation on Content of Total Flavonoids in Leaves of Santalum album L.

【目的】建立檀香叶总黄酮含量的测定方法，分析乙烯利刺激对檀香叶中总黄酮含量的影响。【方法】采用紫外分光光度法测定檀香叶中总黄酮含量。【结果】未经刺激的檀香叶总黄酮含量在69．67～72．81mg／g之间。经过刺激的檀香叶总黄酮含量在105．71～167．98mg／g之间。【结论】乙烯利刺激能提高檀香叶中总黄酮含量。

Objective To establish a method for the determination of the content of total flavonoids in leaves of Santalum album L. , and to study the effect of ethrephon stimulation on the total flavonoids content. Methods Ultra-violet spectrophotography was used for the determination of the total flavonoids content. Results The total flavonoids content in leaves of Santalum album L. was in the range of 69.67 - 72.81 mg/g before ethrephon stimulation, and in the range of 105.71 - 167.98 mg/g after ethrephon stimulation. Conclusion The method of ultra-violet spectrophotography is effective for the determination of the total flavonoids content, and ethrephon stimulation can increase the total flavonoids content in the leaves of Santalum album L..
