原癌基因HCCR mRNA、FBI-1 mRNA在肝癌相关患者血液中的表达及意义 被引量:2

mRNA Expression of HCCR and FBI-1 in Blood of Hepatocellular Carcinoma and Liver Cirrhosis Patients and Its Clinical Significance

摘要 【目的】探讨原癌基因HCCR mRNA、FBI-1 mRNA在肝癌相关患者血液中的表达及其与临床指标的关系。【方法】采用荧光定量聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术,检测41例肝细胞癌、3例肝硬化患者术前血液标本及10例健康者血液标本中HCCR mRNA、FBI-1 mRNA含量,分析其与临床指标的关系。【结果】肝细胞癌患者血液中HCCR mRNA、FBI-1 mRNA水平高于肝硬化患者,健康者血液中未发现两基因的mRNA表达。同时发现,血液中FBI-1 mRNA与甲胎蛋白(AFP)水平显著相关(P<0.01),FBI-1 mRNA与HCCR mRNA的表达水平显著相关(P<0.01)。【结论】肝细胞癌、肝硬化患者血液中HCCR mRNA、FBI-1 mRNA表达异常增高,FBI-1 mRNA表达与AFP水平显著相关。 Objective To investigate mRNA expression of proto-oncogene FBI-1 and HCCR in the blood of hepatocellular carcinoma and liver cirrhosis, and to explore their relation with clinic parameters. Methods Quantity real-time fluorescence polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used for the detection of FBI-1 and HCCR mRNA expression in the blood of 41 hepatocellular carcinoma patients before surgery, 3 liver cirrhosis patients before surgery, and 10 healthy volunteers. The relationship of FBI-1 and HCCR mRNA expression with clinic parameters was analyzed by Fisher's exact test or Spearman's analysis of correlation. Results The level of FBI-1 and HCCR mRNA expression was higher in the blood of hepatocellular carcinoma patients than that in hepatic cirrhosis patients. FBI-1 and HCCR mRNA expression was negative in the blood of the healthy volunteers. FBI-1 mRNA expression was positively correlated with alpha fetoprotein (AFP) level (P 〈 0. 01 ), and also positively correlated with HCCR mRNA expression (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Abnormal increase of FBI-1 and HCCR mRNA expression occurs in the blood of hepatocellular carcinoma and liver cirrhosis patients. FBI-1 mRNA expression is positively correlated with AFP level.
