摘要
基于粗集方法的概念,建立了一种人员能力评估模型,并针对常权模糊综合评判法在对人员能力评估时可能带来的"状态失衡"的问题进行了研究,最后通过实例分析验证了模型的有效性。
It introduces a model for evaluating personal's capability based on rough sets and variable weight theory.Based on rough sets it simplifies and expresses the personal's capabilities,analyzes the problem of "situation imbalance" caused by invariable weight fuzzy synthesis evaluation,builds a local situation variable-weight model with punishing and inspiriting function.Comparing the results from two theories,it shows the importance of variable weight.
