摘要
以大重集团减速机厂生产的增速器作为研究对象,将六西格玛理论及数理统计控制理论灵活应用于风力发电相关产品的工序质量控制中。在详细分析工厂现状的情况下,提出了工序质量控制模型,将控制图分为分析用控制图和控制用控制图2个阶段,详述了分析用控制图、直方图和控制用控制图的判稳流程,同时将各个控制过程标准化,提出将质量BOM模型作为信息流载体,并以软件实现。最后通过实例论证了系统的实用性和有效性,克服了传统质量控制方法的不足。
Taking the gear speeder of DHI geer reducer pant as an example,it applies six Sigma theory and mathematical statistics control theory to control the process quality of wind power related products.It analyzes the situation of the plant,proposes a process quality control model,divides the control charts into two stages as analyze-control chart and control-control chart.It shows the detail about the steady flow,histogram and control-control char,describes the quality BOM model as information flow carrier.An example shows that the practicality and effectiveness of the system can overcome the traditional methods of quality control.
