摘要
产品创新是商业银行增强核心竞争力的重要手段,日益受到银行业和学术界的广泛关注。然而,我国商业银行在面对激烈的竞争时,除了体制和社会环境的影响外,产品创新同质化、创新速度慢、整合度不高等问题已日发显现。本文力图从产品创新的现有问题出发,通过制约因素的剖析,把握各个问题产生的原因,以此提出提高产品创新水平的相关对策。
Product innovation is an important means to enhance core competitiveness for commercial banks,which gets ever-in-creasing attentions of commercial banks and academics. However,in the face of intense competition,china's commercial banks are not only restricted by institutional and social environments,but also take on some problems obviously as followed: homogenization of product innovation,slow innovation,little integration. Based on the present problems of product innovation,this article attempt to analyze all conditional factors,grasp the causes of the various issues so as to put forward several countermeasures accelerating product innovation.
