双刀立式车床开放式数控系统设计

摘要 介绍了双刀立式车床的结构及原理,并提出了一种基于运动控制卡的车床开放式数控系统设计方案,同时对整个数控系统的模块化软硬件设计过程进行了阐述,设计出了具有良好互换性,各模块可独立开发、独立维护的开放式数控系统。 Based on the requirements of processing performance and efficiency from actual oil pressured vertical flange lathe, it develops a brand new open NC system for twin- turret vertical lathe. This design can make the twin - turret's movement separated. It uses the modular design concept in system architecture. The system has a unified standard interface and better open character among the modules, ensures the optimum performance - price ratio.
