战后初期美国支持欧洲一体化的几点思考

On America's Supporting Western European Integration in Early Postwar Period

二战结束后不久美国就转为支持西欧一体化,是什么原因促使它做出这样的一个政策的转变呢?一是安全因素,对苏联和德国实行双重遏制;二是美国在战后制定的全球战略目标,支持西欧一体化有利于其全球战略的实现;三是美国自建国以来就带有的一种救世主情结。

In the early postwar period, America supported western European integration. This paper has analyzed the reasons from three aspects： one for safety, to check the Soviet Union and Germany; one for global strategy, to realize America＇s global strategy; and the last one, America＇s survivor complex.
