随着高校的扩招,青年教师在高校的比例不断提高。青年教师一般都受过高等教育的系统学习,思维活跃,是高校科研队伍中最具活力的群体,其科研能力的高低对高校的持续发展至关重要。培养青年教师的科研能力需要多方面的合作和协调,学校应制定相关的倾斜政策,加强对青年教师的人文关怀,提供相应的科研配套设施,激发青年教师做科研的兴趣,提供更多的科研机会,挖掘其科研潜力,达到培养其科研能力的目的。

With the enrolment expansion in universities and colleges, young teachers have been a big part, who have gained systematic learning of higher education, active in thinking, and are the most active group in scientific research groups, hence the importance of their scientific research ability to the sustainable development of universities and colleges. The cultivation of young teachers＇ scientific research ability need multi--directional cooperation, such as, the university＇s relative inclined policies, the human care, corresponding facilities to scientific research to stimulate young teachers＇ interests to do research, and providing more chances to do research to tap their scientific research potential.
