法律人才的"过剩"与"短缺"凸显法律人才培养缺乏特色和个性。法律人才的培养要突出应用型已成共识,培养模式也各有特色。通过评析现行法学应用型人才培养的各种模式,并依据新余高等专科学校近几年来对法学应用型人才培养的探索,针对社会教学资源丰富的特点,从合作方式、课程体系、师资队伍建设、法律服务平台建立、反馈机制等方面提出了应用型法学人才的合作培养模式。
