不动产可以适用于所有权保留担保。其公示应采登记成立主义的立法模式,在房屋管理部门履行登记手续。
Real estate is suitable for warranty of ownership reservation. Its public notification should adopt legislation pattern based on registration and the real estate should go through registration process at real estate management department.
