摘要
政府部门在治理社会公共事务的过程中,难免会遇到因自然环境、经济、政治、社会等领域的冲突和风险引发的公共危机等公共问题,诸如汶川大地震、甲型H1N1流感等,如何及时有效应对危机,成功地开展危机公关活动,顺利解决危机,关系到政府形象的树立、社会的稳定与和谐发展。该文就政府危机公关的含义与策略选择作一简单的介绍。
Government departments in the governance process of social and public affairs will inevitably encountered the public crisis and other public issues arise due to the conflict and the risk of the natural environment,economic,political,social and other areas,such as the Wenchuan earthquake,influenza A H1N1 flu.How to timely and effective response to crisis,give successful implementation of a crisis public relations activities,and successful settlement of the crisis,related to the gov-ernment image's establishment,social stability and harmonious development.This paper gives a brief introduction for the meaning of government crisis public relations and strategic choice.
