摘要
本文简要介绍了应用核技术检测射孔弹药型罩密度的基本结构以及工作原理,给出了使用该技术检测的药型罩装弹后靶试结果与检测结果的对比。实验证明,靶试结果与检测结果相符,一致性较好,该仪器对改进药型罩的生产工艺,提高石油射孔弹的制造水平起到了促进作用。
Foundamental structure and operation principle of γ ray determination device for determining the liner density distribution are presented in this paper. The comparisons of the results determined by the device with penetration experimental results using shaped charge are given. Experiments proved that the results of penetration experiment agree with that determined by the device. The device is useful for improving the liner manufaturing technology and the shaped charge quality.
