摘要
目的探讨高龄胃癌病人外科治疗的有效措施。方法回顾性分析该院1997年6月～2008年6月42例70岁以上胃癌病人的临床资料。结果行根治性切除术28例，占66．7％，姑息性切除8例，其他手术8例。术后并发症12例，围手术期死亡3例，病死率7．1％。结论对高龄胃癌病人加强围手术期的处理，充分的术前准备，选择合理的手术时机和手术方式是减少并发症、提高疗效的重要措施。
Aim To explore the effective ireatment of elderly patients with gastric carcinoma. Methods 42 cases of elderly patients over 70 with gastric caicinoma from 1997 to 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results 28 cases were treated with radical resection, 66.7% cases palliative resection and 6 cases other resection. Complications were observed in 12 cases and 3 cases died with a mortality of 7.5%. Conclusion Enhancing the treatment during the operation period, full preoperative preparation and selecting appropriate operative time and way are necessary for reducing complications and enhancing efficacy.
