摘要
ＰＥＴ扫描仪是当今最昂贵的、最精密的医用诊断设备，本文就与ＰＥＴ扫描仪相关的技术（如闪烁体、光电转换器件、电子学系统、数据采集和图像重建系统以及ＰＥＴ系统设计等）发展的现状做一介绍，并对ＰＥＴ的发展前景给出了展望。
PET is a radioactive tracer imaging technique used in medicine tostudy the uptake of a metabolic fluid which has been labelled with a positron emitting radionuclide. PET's major strength is the ability to visualize and quantify the metabolic processes. The recent technical development in PET design,including detector, front end electronics, data acquisition system, image reconstruction and PET construction design, is introduced, and the future prospect of development is described, in this paper.
