高职师范生课堂教学导入技能的训练策略

摘要 课堂教学导入技能是教师教学技能的重要组成部分,导入是教学中很重要的一个环节,在多个教学环节中起到引领作用。在明确导入技能的基本原则和常用方法的基础上,根据高职师范生的培养目标和为基础教育培养高素质新型教师的需要,打破学科界限,突出师范特色,构建了"明确目标——系统指导——示范观摩——角色扮演——强化训练——实践锻炼"这一新的训练策略。 Lead-in skill of classroom teaching is the important composing part in teachers' teaching skills. Lead-in is one of important links in teaching,playing the leading role in many teaching links. On the basis of defining the basic principle and common method of lead-in skill,it breaks subject limit,standing out normal features,and constructing the new training strategy,"defining objective,system guidance,on demonstration,role playing,strengthening training,and practice training",according to the training goal of higher vocational normal students and the demand of training high quality teachers for basic education.
