试论高职辅导员与学生和谐关系的构建

On the Construction of Harmonious Relationship between Assistants and Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校辅导员在学生思想道德的培养和教育中起着重要作用,辅导员与学生和谐关系是促进学校日常管理和教学工作顺利开展的重要保证。目前,辅导员与学生不和谐的原因,主要是辅导员不能恰当把握与学生的关系,对自己的角色定位不明确。为促进辅导员与学生和谐关系的形成与发展,辅导员要努力提高工作能力,包括提高个人修养、加强理论学习、有同情心等。

Assistants in higher vocational colleges play an important role in the training and education of students＇ thought moral. The harmonious relationship between assistants and students is the important guarantee to promote the successful development of daily management and teaching work in colleges. At present,the main reasons of disharmonious relationship between them are that assistants can not deal with the relationship with students properly,and they can not understand their role orientation. In order to promote the form and development of their harmonious relationship,assistants should endeavor to improve their working ability,including increasing personal culture,strengthening theory learning,having sympathy and so on.
