摘要
用125I标记的纤维蛋白原与富血小板人血浆制成类天然栓子,栓子侵入含溶栓剂的富血小板血浆中温育,通过测量血浆的放射性活度,计算出溶栓率,建立起体外溶栓放射分析方法,并对有关影响因素进行了初步的分析,也对重组葡激酶(STAR)、链激酶(SK)和组织纤溶酶原激活剂(t-PA)的溶栓效果进行了观察。这为血液凝溶基础研究、溶栓药物的筛选和溶栓剂的溶栓效果评价提供了理想的手段。
The similar nature thrombus is made of 125 I fibrinogen with platelet rich or antithrombotic blood to culture together with platelet rich plasma and thrombolytic agent. The thrombolytic rate is calculated depending on the radioactivity of plasma. At the same time, some relative factors with thrombus and thrombolytic effects of recombinant stephylokinase (STAR) is discussed. These results show that radioassay technology is sensitive, stable, specific and wonderful method.
