解郁汤加减与氟西汀治疗抑郁症的对照研究

A comparison of Jieyutong and Fluoxetine for treatment of depression

目的:评价解郁汤治疗抑郁症的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将96例抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组(解郁汤加减组)48例和对照组(氟西汀组)48例,疗程8周。用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、临床疗效总评量表病情严重程度(CGI-SI)、中医临床症状评分和不良反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗组HAMD、中医症状评分、TESS均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗后两组间比较差异不显著,但不良反应明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:解郁汤加减治疗抑郁症疗效显著,安全可靠,不良反应小,依从性好,具有临床应用价值。

Objective：To study the efficacy and tolerability of Jieyutong for treatment of depression. Methods：Totally 96 depression cases were randomized into treatment group （ Jieyutong group ） and control group （ Fluoxetine group ） with 48 in each. The course of treatment was 8 weeks in all. Efficacy and side effects were evaluated with HAMD, CGI - SI, scores of TCM symptoms and TESS before and after the treatment. Results： HAMD,TCM symptoms and TESS were improved after treatment in the treatment group （P 〈 0.05 ,P 〈 0.01 ）. The untoward reaction was obviously lower in the treatment group than that of control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions： Effects of Jieyutong for depression is remarkable, safe, less side effect, fine dependence and eligible for clinical use.
