摘要
目的:给YA-11型ECT机做板式双太阳穴间治疗时设定一个更合理的假负载。方法:选取ECT时引起完全发作的168人次,通过实测与预测电压的测量,计算出治疗机的合理假负载。结果:双太阳穴间电阻抗为(441.4±27.066)欧姆。其中男性平均电阻抗为(443.7±27.300)欧姆,女性平均电阻抗为(439.0±26.600)欧姆,男、女组平均电阻抗差异无统计学意义(P(0.05);男、女组实测电压差异有统计学意义(P(0.05),男、女组预测电压差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);电阻抗与年龄之间差异有统计学意义(P(0.05);年龄组实测电压差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),年龄组预测电压差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:YA-11型ECT机在做板式双太阳穴间治疗时420欧姆为更合理的假负载。男、女组发作阈值与电阻抗无关;女性、年龄较大者发作阈值较高。
Objective:To establish an optimal dummy for plate bitemporal treatment with ECT machine of YA - 11 type. Methods:During the ECT treatment 168 complete seizures were available, for which the actual and expected voltage were measured so as to calculate the optimal dummy load. Results: Bitemporal impedance was 441.4 ± 27. 066 ohm. By comparison, the mean impedaee of between male and female subject was no significance ( P 〉0.05, male: 443.7 ± 27. 300 ohm, female: 439.0 ±26. 600 ohm) ; however, there were gender significance in both actual voltage ( P 〈 0.05 ) and expected voltage ( P 〈 0.01 ). The impedance of different age groups showed dissimilarity (P 〈 0.05 ), so it was with the measurement of both actual voltage (P 〈 0.01 ) and expected voltage (P 〈0.01 ). Conclusions: A dummy load of 420 ohm may be optimal for plate bitemporal treatment with ECT machine of YA - 11 type; the seizure threshold may be not correlated with impedance; for female and older subject, the seizure threshold appeares to be higher.
