舍曲林胶囊与阿米替林片剂治疗抑郁症对照研究

A Comparative Study of Sertraline Capsule and Amitriptyline Tablet in Depression

目的:观察舍曲林治疗抑郁症的疗效及不良反应。方法:选择符合条件的住院和门诊患者40例随机分成两组,分别给予舍曲林胶囊和阿米替林片剂治疗,疗程8W,使用HAMD量表在用药前及用药后第2、4、6、8周末评定药物疗效,使用TESS量表评定不良反应。结果:舍曲林胶囊与阿米替林片剂治疗抑郁症疗效相当,但舍曲林胶囊起效快,不良反应轻。结论:舍曲林治疗抑郁症安全,起效快,不良反应轻。

Objective：To study the efficacy and side effects of Sertraline in the treatment of depression. Methods：Using 40 patients according to the conditions in hospital or outpatient were treatedrandomly with Sertraline Capsule and Amitriptyline Tablet for 8 weeks, and measured with HAMD and TESS before treatment and 2,4,6,8 weeks after treatment. Results： The both drugs were similar in efficacy. Sertraline Capsule showed effects earlier and fewer side effecrs than Amitriptyline Tablet. Conclusions： Sertraline was a good efficacy and less side effects and convenient drug.
