下岗职工心理健康现状调查分析

Laid-off workers Mental Health Survey Analysis

目的:了解下岗职工的心理健康状况。方法:采用心理健康测试量表(SCL-90),对面粉厂140名下岗职工进行现状调查。结果:测试人员存在不同程度的心理问题,SCL-90各因子分均高于国内常模,突出表现在躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖等,男女之间无显著差异。结论:下岗职工普遍存在不同程度的心理健康问题,应引起相应重视并予社会干预。

Objective：To understand the mental health status of laid - off workers. Methods：The Mental Health Test Scale （SC L -90）, of a flour mill on the 140 laid - off workers Survey. Results： The testers have different degrees of psychological problems. （ SCL - 90） All factors are higher than the national norm, the most prominent of which is in the somatization, obsessive - compulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, terror and so on. There was no significant difference between men and women. Conclusions： It should attract attention and social interventions that the prevalence of laid - off workers in different degrees of mental health problems .
