摘要
合成了N-氨基-5,6-二溴去甲基斑蝥素,并用放射性125I进行了标记,在T=60℃、pH=5、t=40min条件下的标记率可达95.3%。动物体内分布实验结果表明N-氨基-5,6-二溴去甲基斑蝥素在肺、肾和脾浓集较高。
The N-amino-5, 6-bibromine norcatharidin was prepared. Then a simple and rapid method was described for the labelling of the compound with 125I. The radiolabelling yield was 95.3% at T= 60℃, t = 40min and pH= 5. In vivo distribution of 125I- N-amino-5, 6-bibromine norcatharidin in the mouse showed a higher uptake in the lung, kidney and spleen.
