摘要
通过对淋浴花洒本体注塑模具设计,介绍一种新颖的圆弧抽芯机构的工作原理和抽芯机构设计方法。利用滑块圆弧运动和铰链机构的旋转运动所形成的复合运动,将油缸活塞直线运动转换为圆弧抽芯动作。同时,还介绍了注射模具小型芯冷却回路的设计方法。
The working principle and design of a new arc core-pulling mechanism of shower body were described through the design of a shower body injection mould. The linear motion of oil cylinder piston was converted into are core-pulling action via the combining compound movement of the circular motion of slider and the rotation motion of hinge linkage. The design method of small core cooling loop of the shower injection mould was also presented.
