摘要
先对振动钻削进行简要的介绍,设计出振动钻削实验方案;利用实验室研制的液压低频轴向振动钻削实验系统,对铸铁、铝合金和碳钢进行振动钻削实验,根据所采集的负载扭矩与钻孔孔径尺寸值数据,对普通钻削与振动钻削之间的差异进行分析;证实了振动钻削具有降低钻孔负载扭矩、提高钻孔质量的结论。
The experimental design of vibration drilling was discussed. Vibration drilling experiments of cast iron, aluminium alloy and cabon steel were conducted using a hydraulic low frequency axial experimental system developed at certain, university in Fujian Based on the collected data, including loading torques and diameters of drilled holes, a comparison was made between normal drilling and vibration drilling. The results indicate that the process of vibration drilling lower the drilling torque and improve the quality of drilling hole.
