摘要
叙述了用６０Ｃｏγ射线对恶性肿瘤实施治疗的现状，提出了在放疗剂量测量方面执行统一法规的紧迫性。介绍了根据ＩＡＥＡＴＲＳＮｏ．２７７技术报告测量和计算体模内校准点水的吸收剂量的方法。
Present situation of radiatherapy for cancer with 60 Co γ ray is narrated. An urgent need to carry out an unified and easily exacutable code of practice in radiatherapy dosimetry is put forward, and the method of measuring the absorbed dose to water in an water phantom at the calibration point is introduced according to IAEA TRS No.277.
