阿奇霉素治疗小儿呼吸道感染120例疗效观察

Observation on clinical efficacy of azithromycin in treatment of 120 children with respiratory tract infection

目的:探讨阿奇霉素治疗小儿呼吸道感染的临床价值。方法:将2007年3月～2008年3月在深圳市宝安区观澜医院儿科接受治疗的小儿呼吸道感染患者120例随机平均分为实验组和对照组。实验组先采用阿奇霉素8 mg/(kg.d)静滴治疗3天,然后根据患者病情改为口服阿奇霉素8 mg/(kg.d);对照组采用18～25 mg/(kg.d)红霉素静滴治疗1周。在治疗过程中观察比较两组患者症状、体征、胸片及不良反应。结果:从退热、止咳、啰音消失时间来看,实验组显著短于对照组(P<0.01);从不良反应来看,实验组显著少于对照组(P<0.01);从最终疗效来看,实验组显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:阿奇霉素静滴应用于小儿呼吸道感染的治疗疗效显著,可有效缩短病程,减少患儿痛苦,提高了患儿生活质量,是一种值得在临床上应用和推广的疗法。

Objective：To explore the clinical value of azithromycin in treatment of children with respiratory tract infection.Methods：120 children with respiratory tract infection were divided into experimental group and control group from March 2007 to March 2008.The children in experimental group were treated by intravenous drip with azithromycin for three days（8 mg/（kg·d））,then were administered orally with azithromycin（8 mg/（kg·d）） according to disease condition;the children in control group were treated by intravenous drip with erythromycin for one week（18~25 mg/（kg·d））.The symptoms,signs,chest radiograph and adverse reactions in the two groups were observed and compared.Results：The lost times of fever,cough and rales in experimental group were significantly shorter than those in control group（P0.01）;the incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group（P0.01）;the clinical efficacy of experimental group was better than that of control group（P0.01）.Conclusion：Intravenous drip with azithromycin is an effective method in treatment of respiratory tract infection in children,which can shorten the course of disease,reduce suffering of children,improve the quality of life of children and is worth popularizing.
