摘要
目的:筛查卵巢癌细胞系中差异表达蛋白,寻找与卵巢癌发生发展相关的基因。方法:体外培养卵巢癌细胞系SKOV-3、A2780、OVCA433、OVCA420和正常卵巢细胞系IOSE386,利用蛋白阵列方法分析卵巢癌细胞系和正常卵巢细胞系中蛋白表达的差异性;利用QUANTITY 1分析软件分析图片结果,并对图片结果进行统计学分析。结果:分析发现卵巢癌细胞系中17种蛋白的表达水平相对于正常卵巢细胞系差异有统计学意义。结论:卵巢癌细胞系和正常卵巢细胞系存在着差异表达蛋白,这些蛋白可能与卵巢癌的发生发展存在着一定的相关性。
Objective:To screen the differentially expressed proteins in ovarian carcinoma cell lines to search for genes related to the genesis and development of ovarian carcinoma.Methods:Ovarian carcinoma cell lines including SKOV-3,A2780,OVCA433,OVCA420 and normal ovarian cell lines IOSE386 were cultured in vitro,then the differentially expressed proteins in ovarian carcinoma cell lines and normal ovarian cell lines were analyzed by protein array technology;the results were analyzed by QUANTITY 1 software and statistical calculation was carried out.Results:There was significant difference in expression levels of 17 kinds of proteins between ovarian carcinoma cell lines and normal ovarian cell lines.Conclusion:Differentially expressed proteins exist in ovarian carcinoma cell lines and normal ovarian cell lines,which may be related to genesis and development of ovarian carcinoma.
