Effect on Card Sliver Quality of Blowing carding Process

对国产和引进清梳机进行二因子二水平的正交实验及方差分析，认为开清棉工序对生条中的棉结和杂质有显著影响。

The orthogonal test with two factors and two levels about homemade and imported blowing carding mechines is done in this paper. By variance analysising, we find that opening and cleaning process has a great effect on neps and trash of card sliver, and that carding process has a great effect on short fiber content of card sliver.
