从多种纤维协议（ＭＦＡ）到纺织品服装协议（ＡＴＣ）的转变，分析了加入世贸组织与否对中国纺织品贸易的影响，阐述了中国尽快加入世贸组织。

Because of the change from the Multi Fibers Agreement to the Apparel and Textile Agreement, the authors analyze deeply whether our joining of the WTO would affect our textile trade or not, and it tells the benefits of being a member of the WTO and the necessity of the immediate action to join in the multi side textile system.
