摘要
通过对已脆化的25Cr2Mo1V钢螺栓及经恢复热处理后的螺栓的金相及电子显微分析,阐述了25Cr2Mo1V钢在长期高温高压下工作发生脆化的原因。
This paper deals with the embrittlement mechanism of 25Cr 2Mo 1V steel bolt at long time working condition under high temperature by means of metallograph, transmision electron microscope and scanning electron microscope and analyzes the reason of embrittlement of the steel after long time working under high temperature and high pressure. The action of recovery heat treatment on recovering the perporty of embrittled bolt is also discussed.
