摘要 能源是战略资源,是社会全面发展的重要物质基础。节约能源是解决能源和环境问题的根本措施,是提高经济增长质量和效益的重要途径,是增强企业竞争力的必然要求。起重机械是国民经济建设的重要设备,随着社会的发展其使用数量也在不断增长。桥、门式起重机和电动葫芦起重机是实际应用数量较多的起重设备,起动过程和制动过程的能耗是整个运行过程中能量损耗的重要组成部分,因此,在研究其能源使用中有必要对这2个过程的能耗情况进行测试,便于科学合理地分析其功耗,揭示节能途径。 Energy is strategic resource and important material base of all-round development of society. Energy saving is basic solution to solve energy and environment issues,important approach to enhance economic growth quality and benefit,and an inevitable requirement to increase enterprise competitiveness. Cranes are important equipments in national economic construction and the quantity of being used have been increasing continuously with the development of society. Bridge crane,gantry crane,and electric hoist crane are major hoisting apparatus used in practical applications. The energy consumption during starting and braking process is an important part of energy loss of the whole operation process. Therefore,testing the status of energy consumption of these two processes is very necessary in study of the energy use. It is convenient to analyze the power consumption scientifically and reasonably to reveal the approach of energy saving.
