摘要
针对轴向并联齿轮泵及平衡式复合齿轮泵的不足,研究设计一种由3个子泵(外啮合齿轮泵)组成的3片式径向并联齿轮泵,分析了其结构原理和性能特点。该泵结构较简单,提高和改善了齿轮泵的性能,适用于工作环境恶劣、对流量品质要求高的大流量系统及轴向尺寸受限的场合,在机械设备液压系统中有良好的应用前景。
Aiming at shortcomings of axial parallel gear pump and balanced compound gear pump,this paper investigates and designs three-piece type radial parallel gear pump consisting of three sub-pumps (external gear pump),and discusses the structure,operation principle and performance characteristics. The simplified structure improves performance of the gear pump,is suitable for harsh working environment,larger flow system,and axial dimension restricted situation,and thus has good application prospect in hydraulic system of mechanical equipments.
