摘要
基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,根据堆取料机尾车钢结构承载的形式与特点,对简化的尾车钢结构进行拓朴优化,得到了尾车钢结构在主体框架确定情况下辅助斜梁的最佳布置形式。然后利用梁单元对简化的空间尾车钢结构模型进行有限元静力和模态分析计算,对优化前后2种模型的应力、位移、重量及基频进行了比较,从而进一步验证了对尾车钢结构进行拓朴优化的可行性和优化结果的合理性。
Based on finite element analysis software ANSYS,and according to the forms and characteristics of load on steel structure of tripper of stacker/reclaimer,topological optimization is made to the simplified steel structure of tripper,and optimum layout of auxiliary inclined arm is obtained,with the main body frame of steel structure of tripper determined. Then it uses beam unit to analyze and calculate the simplified tripper steel structure model,compares the pre and post optimization models' stress,displacement,weight and fundamental frequency,and further verifies the feasibility of topological optimization and rationality of optimization results of steel structure of tripper.
